Actus reus

  • Without reasonable excuse, does anything prohibited by a slavery and trafficking prevention order or a slavery and trafficking risk order, or fails to do something required by such an order (MSA 2015, s.30 — read the charged subsection).

Mens rea

  • Breach without reasonable excuse. Take instructions on service of the order and knowledge of the term.
